Had man flu really bad this past week or so, ive not even gone to the gym this week because of it :(

Yeah managed an hour today!
But wont be able to make on Thursday cause we are doing a presentation thing for a local business club.
Well its the thought that counts!

Been down to the gym tonight managed an hour. Ideally im going to try and do an hour on Tue, Wed, Thu nights... we will see how long i keep that up for.
Anyway, ive just spend over an hour working on some issues with an update on powershop so
